RX-8 SuspensionMy Mazda RX-8 started off with stock suspension, after a little bit of time and winning a free set of RacingBeat springs I switched out the stock with the RacingBeat springs. The RacingBeat springs lowered the car and gave it a sexy look and also made it a little stiffer control than stock suspension. Apparently with my RX-8 the suspension springs from RacingBeat kept on loosening the bolts making the suspension feel like crap. After the second time of fixing the suspension on my RX-8 I decided it was time to either go back to stock or get different suspension. Guess what I did? I decided to purchase Tein Flex Suspension with EDFC. Unlike the RacingBeat springs the Tein Flex for the RX-8 is full suspension coilovers so the suspension was tested together for the RX-8. The EDFC is an electronic controller that allows you to adjust the damper of the suspension electronically for the RX-8. It's not hydraulics, it adjusts the damper meaning the softness and stiffness of the suspension while your driving giving you more control and feel for the road. So if your on the track you can stiffen your suspension to have more control and for comfort you can soften it and feel all comfortable. This has to be by far the best suspension setup for the RX-8.
